CEEMOS 2007, Pärnu - facilitating
It was February 2007, the city called Pärnu, 20 facilitators, 2 conference managers, 2 chairs, 2 agendas and about 200 delegates in one place, hotel Strand. There run 2 conferences at the same time, CEEMOS and CEELDS.I was one of facilitators for CEE conference called CEEMOS 2007 (Central and Eastern Europe motivation seminar). On faci pre-meeting (Fri-Sun) in Tallinn, we got to know each other in the faci team and got in the "conference mood". We even created new AIESEC dance (music Shaft - Mucho mambo) in 30 minutes, dudes!
What was it about?
- 10 facis for CEEMOS (Austria, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary/Canada, Poland, Estonia, Sweden)
- Emma Gävert as chair and Kaisa Tikk as conference manager
- OC organising CEEMOS and CEELDS at the same time in one venue
- 100 delegates (mainly in autumn 2006 recruited AIESEC members)
- my home group, dedicated to Sir Francis Drake, rocked the house with our energetic shout
- time for challenging the world view when meeting people from various countries, sharing ideas, rooms, living the international aspect under one roof
- making lots of fun as faci team with delegates (sketches, wish box, Freaky Riki, AIESEC dances)
- change agents' awards
- Estonian night and "The Sun" performance in the night club
- official dinner in a fancy place with tasty food to consume
- danced through, after global village, on the table (totally smashed!)

- CEEMOS - Chooh, Chooh!
- meeting again some Baltics people after ENERGY
